The solution may be by establishing possibilities or taking part in schooling, attending conferences or course for the already hired personnel.

If however, after detailed analyzing of the need of the organization, it would seem to be unavoidable of going through the process of recruiting – the choice of workers should start with establishing the character of the type of work, which will make possible description of a personal profile of the candidate and a description of demands presented to the prospective worker.

The success of the new position of work depends however not only on having core skills (abilities directly related to professional education - so called "hard abilities") required form the candidate, but also soft skills, so called "soft abilities" which are personal attributes such as ability to work in groups, communication or assertiveness. The process of recruiting requires diagnosing the number and quality of needs for female workers and pointing out concrete range of demands for the positions intended to be covered. A necessary step is to establish criteria of selecting the candidates. At this time a decision has to be made as to the sources of recruiting because in some cases the best solution is to hire the company's own workers and in other cases – only outside hiring will insure a collection of desired abilities for the company.

An important element is the process of choosing proper form of hiring (information in the press, taking advantage of internet bases of data, advertising through the internet etc.) This part requires painstaking preparations with collecting materials regarding the activity of the company, schooling persons who are conducting recruiting, formulating contents of the advertisements and sometimes even its graphic design which may be an excellent possibility to promote the face of the organization. A later step is to determine selective procedure, meaning establishing proper number of shifts and working out proper tools for selecting candidates for the position which will constitute the ideal employee. The selective procedure may result just to achieve the slightest difference between ideal attributes for the given position and attributes of a person discovered in the process of a selection.

In order for the selection to be effective, meaning actually ensure accurate adjustment of attributes of the worker and working position, it is necessary to broaden the procedure by "human dimension." We are talking of not only friendly relations of people carrying on the recruiting, but making it easier for the employee to enter the role of the organization by adaptation which means introduction to the new place of employment. It is only the expert fulfillment of the last condition that allows to produce the potential qualification of the acquired employee.

The essential factor influencing the process of recruiting is the situation in the work market. The state of balance between supply and demand for the work force, essentially influences the behavior of employers and employees. The situation can be clearly observed in our own national market. The employer should try to prevent rotations of working positions to occure too often. The aspect of stability of the process of work should be taken into consideration and also expenses of organizing consecutive recruiting and expenses of training the newly hired people.
